FestiTool
FestiTool ("FestiTool" or "we") are dedicated to protecting the privacy of all our users ("user" or "you"). This online privacy policy has been created to inform you as to the ways we collect, store, use and manage information. By using the service you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and we encourage you to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes.
Information Collected and Used
FestiTool's sole reason for collecting user information is to provide a service to users. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties, it is solely used to make the service work.
All information collected through the website is volanary and it is possible to avoid information collection by using guest accounts. If you opt to provide information by registering this data is used solely to identify the user so they can load & save plans and rate bands. If registering using www.facebook.com ("FaceBook") your FaceBook ID will be stored, as with registering directly via www.FestiTool.com this is soley to identify your unique user.
If using the phone app no information is stored remotely and login and registration is not required because data is held locally on your device. The app requires pemission to write data downloaded from www.FestiTool.com to the local device and then read that data for the app to work.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk, generally to quickly identify a user's computer and to "remember" things about the user's visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. FestiTool does not currently use cookies but they are no bad thing and may do in the future. You can disable cookies at any time.

FestiTool may contain links to other websites. The fact that FestiTool links to a website or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that FestiTool endorses or authorises that third party, nor is it a representation of our affiliation with that third party. FestiTool is in no way responsible for the privacy policies of these other websites to which you chose to access from FestiTool. Please be sure to read the privacy policies of those websites when exiting FestiTool.
Third-Party Advertising Companies
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on FestiTool. We do not provide any personal information to third-party advertising companies. Advertisers may use other third-party advertising technology to target advertising on other sites. If advertisements are served to you, a unique third-party cookie or cookies may be placed on your computer. Similarly, third-party advertising companies may provide us with pixel tags (also called clear gifs or beacons) to help manage and optimise online advertising.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
If registering via www.FestiTool.com you may change or delete your information as appropriate. If registering via www.Facebook.com information is maintained via Facebook, unregistering from www.FestiTool.com will delete the link to your Facebook account. We do not hold historical data or deleted records.
